Not a good work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive they are legpullers. Company have no policies for employees only lots of promises. Every year hike only workload not salary.

Dislikes

every thing. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary not on time, and no increment. Also they appoint to you for each and every warehouse all over the india without given your expenses.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
