The work culture is very good. Work-Life balance is awsome. In management side some work needs to be done. Carrier growth is okay. Employees can gain more knowledge in different fields. Overall good company.

Dislikes

It is difficult to change the position in company. Salary growth is less for employees they are working for more that 2 years. Job training is not given to new joiners

1. Managers are not able to calculate time estimation of task because they have not idea about project. 2. Highly discriminations in paygrade in software , hardware and FPGA. FPGA people are their favorites. 3. Sometimes, they take the projects but sometime don't intent to complete it and leave the projects 4. A great place for freshers to work in latest digital front end technologies. Helps freshers to understand the design cycle quickly.

Dislikes

No proper mentorship for freshers. Lack of senior members in FPGA teams. Managers are over stretched that they dont have quality time to spend with their team on discussing real problems.

The company is working in VSLI domain. Many cutting edge technology to work in. Good place if you are highly interested in digital front end development.

Dislikes

The organization lacks mentorship opportunities. Most of the team members are recent graduates and very few experienced people. Many employees leave the job in 10-12 months time frame. This creates a sense of uneasiness among the interns and freshers. Lack of documentation of the work adds to this problem.
