The company was very waste because they don’t have plan and someday if they want to do production they will inform like 1 day before night like if we have 1st shift on Saturday and 2nd shift on Monday means we have plan to go village to enjoy with family sooo if we have done plan to go on after finished Saturday 1st and we’re goingvillage by bus and we’re on the way that time the company log9 they will message in group to come on Tomorrow (Sunday) that time we can’t come . If they want to do production means they will have plan before 1 week only not sudden plan. That time we can’t come and the next day they will give us to wrote Warning like (This is the last chance) with out information we can’t take leave and all .
