Covid related Salary cut by 50% right from March when no other corporate even thought about it. Targets remained same but salary became half and eventually got fired when there were no sales during lockdown months.

No equal opportunity given among different teams operating for sales. Any random fresher can get good team where huge leads pump in automatically. he doesn't have to push much. Whereas in some teams no proper leads & opportunity given. Imparity between teams make job security at risk.

Brand, products are good. They hire with good monetary hike. Incentive structure has been recently included a year back and payouts are timely. The reimbursements happen on time. You enjoy the moment when your brand simplifies difficult tasks for you.

The HR is not strong and everything relies on your supervisor. If you get a good supervisor, great ! If not - you are doomed !! Politics is there and if you are caught in the middle of it, you will hate this company. If you are in sales there is little work life balance.
