There is no corporate culture here. Unnecessary pressuring and long hours. 11pm is normal hour for them. No salary benefits, no promotion. Worst place for anyone.

THEY HAVE LUXURY SEGMENT BUT SALARY IS NOT LUXURIOUS.YOUR PERFORMANCE CAN ONLY CALCULATE ON YOUR SO CALLED LOYALTY SALES AND FAVORITISM.

No one is ready to take authority and wants to involve in decision making for employee welfare, Incentive Capping! Many People left because of capping as people are working here in already in less salaries(Compare to market standards ) main attraction was incentive which is also capped now So time has come 📈 No values for old employees!
