They are amongst the leaders in the real estate sector. Company has developed many popular and luxury commercial and residential projects. I joined this company for its name, I am honest to speak of it. Who don’t want to work here? I am lucky to have opportunity to work here.

Salary and incentive structure is good. Company genuinely invests in improving it's employees as professional. Many trainings and programs for career growth.

Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. MEP VP Manish kothawala of central project is least competent for this position. He does hold the technical knowledge of even managerial level. He plays dirty politics for his survival and do nothings.

Lodha as a company is good, rather very good but only for people working in Mumbai heard a lot from friends and colleagues working in Mumbai. But Pune South & East Market is pathetic. No work life balance too much unnecessary partiality and opportunities are given only to people who are in good terms with the Market Head.

No work life balance , worst company politics observed till date in my 10 years real estate career.

5 days working Trainings are conducted for industry, finance and luxury related.

Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.

There is nothing to like working here except getting exposure with some big clients.

Dislikes

There is no corporate culture here. Unnecessary pressuring and long hours. 11pm is normal hour for them. No salary benefits, no promotion. Worst place for anyone.
