Poor work environment, company is full of politics, the manager and owner will like you only if you are a party freak and love hanging out with them. Salary compensation is poor, no ethics and morals. Worst scenarios are there sometimes.

I had great time with locus rags they provide very good culture and environment for working. They provide you all facilities, training, teammates and cordinative staff that i have never seen in any other company. It is good for person who likes to read, write and who don't want to work in other pratical field in future.

Dislikes

I had not seen any negative think at locus rags. If you give them work on time in good quality then they will support you in all way. I had not faced any kind of politics kind of thing personally. At peak time work load is very high at locus.
