Major one is compensation, other one is lack of clarity of work and having to do the same work multiple times because of seniors not having proper idea on the project. Apart from that there's no con. Well, the only thing i like about locobuzz is that everyone is sailing in the same boat and are being tortured by the management. Hence, sometimes the survival becomes easier with your fellow colleagues.

The management is pretty useless. They are not fit for the leadership. The CEO is super aggressive, disrespectful, doesn't know how to talk to his own employees in front of external guests. My COO has no say in whatsoever. And even if she says anything my CEO disrespect her as well. Finally, my CTO-can't speak where he should, my CEO disrespects him also.

Fake promise - Sales team sell the module which is not even developed. Nor they communicate with the developers for the same. 4. No job security as they fire people here and there everywhere.
