The management is concerned about company's growth along with individual growth. Salary on time, incentives on time, management is ready to get feedback from employees and see every employees as a part of family

Dislikes

nothing as such, being a start up, company is taking all effort to grow. It is a really good platform for youngster who wants to build their career in fintech and want to earn money. The company has a good scope of earning money in terms of incentives. Company provides both monthly and quarterly incentive, but one has to work hard.

Work Details

Working at Loans4wish is really a good time for me. I really liked the environment and work culture. Though it is a startup but you can feel MNC culture there.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
