The management, growth, stability, support, and learning opportunities. Loanbaba has a great work culture. They believe in training employees and see them grow as the company grows. In today's world, where hire and fire is a trend, Loanbaba is a contrast and values skills and there to back you. They have yearly increment as well. The vibrant workforce keeps you interested throughout the day and you can coordinate among your colleagues easily as well as the founders of the firm cutting the downtime and permitting faster turnaround. Their process is transparent and enough knowledge transfer activities are conducted here. You can provide your suggestions and the management is happy to hear them. I think it purely depends on the employee as well how much you can learn at a place and Loanbaba is a perfect workplace for this. There is no end to research and possibilities of stepping up to the next level. I had a great time here and was with the firm for 5.6 years.
