the only thing I like is the members working with me. even in that the manager is spoiling the bonding like speaking behind everyone

I really hate to work in this company. even working here for more than 1 year i hate to see what the place is becoming. the manager is useless and just for name sake she is working here. sitting in one corner of the room ordering everyone. she don't even know what is happening in the room. poking nose in all our personal matter. when there is any problem she just take us to the hr. hr just sit and talk and wanted us to adjust to the work process. manager dont know how to treat the members. i thought i have long term goal with this company but now feeling like leaving this office. they wanted us to forget our family our goals our future. im feeling bad for this. if you speak you will be cornered. so i am shutting my mouth and working for salary not only her the management itself doesnt consider us. they just need slaaves to work. no empathy and respect towards us. if you want to be a slave then join this company....Read More

The company culture promoted very rigid work environment and time flexibility for employee to work within the designated role. The recent CEO doesn't support or respectful atmosphere during the team meeting and often pressures employee to consider resignation. There is no proper CRM for lead management but company expect your team to reach the new leads with in 2mins which is difficult task. Compensation also below industry standard, which does not reflect the level of works and expectations placed on the employee.
