Very poor leadership. Managing Director of the company has very poor technical knowledge of business. Promotors are not interested in business and not ready to do any capital investment. Vision and mission is missing and management is playing with career of employees and shareholders money. A sick organisation with sick leadership.

Un fair practices. No safety within company premises and learning accumn is almost nil

Time is fix from 8 to 4:30 & Sunday off.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issue or you can say very slow process . salary is less & career growth is slow. You have to work as 1 man army. No job security at all. lots of internal & external issue which are very tough to solve.
