Process Engineer - Boiler (Division)

Role & responsibilities

Understanding the customers requirement through Purchase order and sort out deviations, clarifications.

Providing input & preparation of PID drawings and valve list.
Preparing process calculation like Safety valve set pressure, pressure drop for Steam, Water, Air & Gas side of Boiler, Circulation calculation & Header sizing.

Sizing of Boiler Auxiliaries like BFP, Fan, ESP etc...and preparation of specification for the same.

Offer Vetting for all Bough touts and vetting of vendor documents based on Customer PO, code and standard engineering practice.

Preparation of thermal design for AFBC, WHRB & Grate type Boilers

Exposure to AFBC, Grate Boilers & WHRBS
