There is nothing to like in this organization

While joining they will treat you in a very good way you feel like there is no work place is better then LRQA. And soon after 1 month you feel the pressure slowly they will keep increasing your work and soon after they will give you 3 FT work and expect to complete on timely manner. You will feel the frustration and at one point you'll feel like hell. They will expect you to work on 5 to 6 countries with no back up when you take leave there is no one who will take care of your work unless it was urgent which got escalated. Rest work you will complete when you come back. Its not only my story each an every person in this organization got frustrated. Worst part is they will openly threaten with the word "Termination" it is a very common for them and for back ups they use you for other person back up and vise versa. It means you have to handled your own country's work including the person who was on leave. Regarding work balance, OMG what should I say about that because usually your working hours was 8 hours but at the end you have to sacrifice your personal life and health. To maintain all your allocated countries work you will find your self that in one week you haven't sleep more than 8 hours, yes its true. Including my colleague and I, we are working more than 18 hours a day some times we don't sleep for 2 days continue in between that we take 1 to 2 hours sleep. And for promotion part.. One of my colleague got promoted two times for same position as TL and the reason was when first time he got promoted after 1 and a half month they gave him a demotion as well reason was you are not able to handle the team who has 15 years of experience in TL that person don't have capability imagine what kind of expectation management have when 2nd time he got promoted he got his demotion within 1 month and reason was same.. So you see how their management is. If you don't believe please come and have a grt experience by yourself if you have to feel mental trauma or how it looks like please welcome to LRQA. Also if management don't like a particular person they have a new strategy to get rid of them they keep in PIP saying you are not doing well and side by side they ask you for a resignation and they will give you your last day i.e. 30 days from the day of resignation letter. They don't care whether you got a new job or you have to serve 30 days nothing. They give you a statement that they are saving companies cost.
