Good Support from Onshore Business Partners

Dislikes

1) Incapable Practise Leaders 2) Micro Management at the fullest 3) Jealous Practise Leads 4) No Flexibility 5) Terrible Culture but portraying and also advertising as a family. Nothing close to a family inclusion 6) Growth only if you are a bootlicker to Mgt, rather than our capabilities

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
