Only good thing is work timing flexibility

Work environment is not good so much toxic peoples are there, its like big boss house that everyone will play mind game. No proper explanation regarding work, no facilities , laptop also provided very old model , Micromanagement is also there. Two faces people inside the organization and you can not contact HR once you join company.

On a daily basis I had to develop best practices for data collection, create reports and dashboards for easy data monitoring, analyse current processes to determine what could be improved to achieve the desired outcome, lead ongoing reviews of business processes, and develop optimisation strategies.
