Livspace is worst corporate form I have ever seen. They have changed tagging of my projects & now denying for variable that I have earned. Peoples are working on such an ethical way here in every city. I have resigned but fighting for variable to be added in FNF. GM design didn't respond to the mail for 10-15 days & when I added RH on the mail trail he replied. Worst behaviour shown to the employee who has built the city from starting when nobody was there. Company respects no employee's hardwork. Will definitely send legal notice to the company so that they don't assume they can do whatever they want to do with an employee....Read More

Peoples are marking tasks unethically, just to show the numbers to upper management. Bookings are happening on wrong commitments.

When you are working for International BU, the culture is good. But when it comes to India BU, it’s chaos. Reporting managers have no idea what’s going on. Briefing gets changed and you are responsible for No work done.

Very toxic managers. They will keep on doing internal politics and would go to all level to push out of the company. Even after the work is over, they will make you do it or tag you in someone else’s project just to slip away from trouble which is luring on their head. You will have no support and at the end if things go wrong you will be blamed. They are sweet on your face until u bring them the number or else they treat you like anything and if you disagree to dance on their tunes they will drag the HR to take actions against. Be careful before joining such a toxic culture or else you might get good salary but it’s fully rotten and not worth the money....Read More

Working for Livspace as a store manager can be quite challenging, but I Loved a good challenge and I think I succeeded. A Lot of management skills are required in order to run a store because of the various people that walk in. A lot of interesting things I learned, my teammates were so supportive and helped me learn new tools, I like challenges and Livspace challenged me to the core. Good pay motivated me to work harder. Work culture and work life balance Prices that livspace provide are too high compared to market prices. This makes us oversell services to the customers usually leading to escalations as the price doesn't meet the quality of execution 80% of the time. Dealing with this uncessary hassle wastes a lot of time and energy.

Manager have 0 present of knowledge and she doesn't know to talk, no work life balance and they gave your client's to another person without your concern to satisfy there ego. You've to work according to client, if client is available after working hours you've to present at that time and after all hard work they will still threatenyou and give assign someone at your place, like they have power and they can fire you when they want there's no point of working that much still in the end you'll hopeless....Read More
