Hiring young employees, and giving scope to freshers to have a start (for designers)

Very poor scope of getting promoted, unless you be a favourite to your manager. Favourism works heavily here. They don't want to upgrade talented people, just not to disturb their own performance. Operations managers looting the company by misguiding with extra petty cash, making their own homes with livspace materials, taking commission from vendors etc. And whoever doesn't support it, will be terminated/sent to PIP or transferred to other department. Firstly I must say I was not a company direct hire, I was designated as livprenaur designer. That's a LivSpace thing. 1. Target oriented: Managements are from different fields and all they care about is meeting targets. Each designation holds a target within. They support us and stay with us only until their target gets met, after that we are left unnoticed(not everybody). That's a very poor thing I noticed. 2. As an interior designer, although I was introduced to the world of modular, we were not awarded a certificate anywhere saying we were a part of Livspace for the time being which left us with no value for our time there with their vendor companies. 3. 0 work-life balance. We get calls from different teams every now and then regardless of the day and time. Most of the time, we don't even get free time on our allotted holidays. 4. The teams that coordinate (not everybody) with us have no or less knowledge about the field, most of the time they cannot even read the provided drawings rightly....Read More
