Nothing As you can see people doing politics over there. Will make you feel like you are not capable and also create a traps for you..makes situation worse and will make you leave the job on spot.

Every thing Only few people were good. Managers are worst..never supports People are so negative..will torture you mentally.. Never appreciate Never encouraged Only focused on targets Incentives also have thresholds which you need to complete else you won't get no matter how much you so bookings you need to raise PO else your incentives are gone. You can learn things quickly and get confident in the way you speak and deal with different sets of people

Work culture and work life balance Prices that livspace provide are too high compared to market prices. This makes us oversell services to the customers usually leading to escalations as the price doesn't meet the quality of execution 80% of the time. Dealing with this uncessary hassle wastes a lot of time and energy.

Manager have 0 present of knowledge and she doesn't know to talk, no work life balance and they gave your client's to another person without your concern to satisfy there ego. You've to work according to client, if client is available after working hours you've to present at that time and after all hard work they will still threatenyou and give assign someone at your place, like they have power and they can fire you when they want there's no point of working that much still in the end you'll hopeless....Read More

Rishab and niharika both are pathetic. They transferred my booking to someone else even tho i have done everything from the quote to PO rise but after finalising everything they transferred the booking to there favourite employees.

The clientele of this company is great and also they provide a lot of great sessions for other team to learn and grow

Great culture. Learned a lot. Good support from management. Overall very good experience of working here.

Dislikes

Only had to leave due to much much much less salary. Absolutely no value of designers. Lots of internal conflicts between operations and design team. No support from DA, 3D team to designers. Have to beg everyone. If you are part of same company why don't you support each other and grow? Atleast show you are one team in front of clients. Also we have to compulsorily work on all listed holidays.

A lot of interesting things I learned, my teammates were so supportive and helped me learn new tools, I like challenges and Livspace challenged me to the core. Good pay motivated me to work harder. One year just got over in the blink of an eye, I want to express my gratitude for giving me the opportunity to work here

The salary credits on time 1st of every month, will get to learn about modular and client facing, That is the only good thing about Livspace. While joining HR's lie about the variable part, the rule of variables are changed in every 3 months, please don't go in hr's word ask for higher fixed salary. They will fool you by telling as you complete your task you will get your incentives, but company make sure no one is getting full incentive. Due to there unwanted rules. Which is not been informed by HR. Your day will start with meeting and then they will expect to finish there work on time and will show so called attitude that they really care and want you to complete your work on time. After that they will make you work overtime with no OT payed. This company will soon shut down as I have never seen such an unorganised company, please don't waste your time here if you want work life balance and stress free life with low salary package. No work life balance, no safety concerns for girls they make you wait late night for clients meeting, for the company saftey is not the priority they only want booking at any cost, they will also not consider your health which will be spoiled by them, no understanding regarding work load, they offer less salary with immense work load. They will make you work like donkey until they ruins your health every 2nd person in livspace has health issues due to there working hours. New managers which has been hired is unprofessional un trained tell there employees to work at any cost, they will ruin your personal life, make you feel unappreciated even if you perform good, Also very unprofessional behaviour of managers are been faced they will call you anytime and expect to answer there call. There were no aspects whatsoever to be liked about in this organisation. Right from the start, there was no transparency. This is again my personal experience and opinion during my time at the company.

These are some of things which people commonly faced and some are my personal experience! 1) The salary structure discussed wasn't the salary which we got in the offer. CTC is different. 2) Variable pay is included 20 percentage of your CTC which was also not communicated. 3) This Variable component you can't even expect. Each month they say random reason's and deny your variable! Atleast for me this happened. 4) Poor work culture, you are treated as labours. Average travel per day is around 60 to 80kms. The petrol allowance is also reimbursement soo late and is a fixed amount which is not sufficient. 5) Managers are the worst, no support whatsoever, you are left to deal with issues. Your mental peace is literally gone. Clients treat you really bad due to false commitments from sales team. 6) I personally was abused by managers due to my inability to not speak Hindi fluently which is not a mandate. I was mocked in front of people and told I'll resign in months in my first day. 7) As a person, I was mentally low, Treated badly, not compensated for the works I did and also worked even on Sundays as you don't have a choice....Read More
