Good work environment and culture

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Dislikes

No branch office in Metro city like Pune. No get-to-gether of employees. Daily visit at SF locations.

Everything was good; until new Manager came. He is reason why I hate diploma. He is insecure, incompetent & loser. He is demeaning & appraisal-stealer. He ensured that I have below dislikes.

1. Late-evening stay in office 2. Last-minute deadlines for work 3. No growth due to his misunderstanding He wasted my 2.5 years without growth. I am still behind standard pay due to him. He worst person I’ve ever met in my life.

Very bad work culture. Too much favoritism. Hard workers are just like slave with no appreciations. 5 workdays a myth, need to work like 24/7. People will start calling just after 6pm saying its urgent work. Too much work load, they want 5 people work from 1 employee. No Learning, No support. Worst place to work.
