if you want to learn, it's a great place. Since, it's an R&D, all are learners. There is no mutual competition or negativity. It's very work oriented though. Less fun Activities or events. But if focus is to learn, there is 100% support. There is dependency on hardware in Embedded so working from home is difficult, even if it is an option. But a developer will understand it.

Dislikes

I miss a good canteen and play area. And notice period is non negotiable. Initial salary and hikes does not follow industry standard, so job switch to this company, will not make you much happier. It's promised that later hike will be good, but have not heard like that from fellow people.

Very bad work culture. Too much favoritism. Hard workers are just like slave with no appreciations. 5 workdays a myth, need to work like 24/7. People will start calling just after 6pm saying its urgent work. Too much work load, they want 5 people work from 1 employee. No Learning, No support. Worst place to work.
