Overall Good... Depending on reporting manager, if he/she is good with you then no need to worry about work or salary and promotion.

Dislikes

If your relationship is not good with your reporting Manager then no one listen your word. One of the most disadvantage of organisation not livguard overall every where I observe.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good. All the employees are doing connectivity work through AI technology. Great vision and ambition. growing rapidly in a short period of time.

We have to work even on holidays, when do we give time to our family? There is lack of main power. area so long then service issues. When should we do less daily meetings.

Working in Livguard is a different kind of fun as compared to other companies. There is enough time to work here. And if I get a chance again in the future. So I would also like to work.

The management is not good. The feeding should be proper. The path ahead should be completely clear.what should we do and what should we not do.
