Working Culture of the company is too good, All colleague are supportive and share their knowledge within a team. Work lofe is too balance, There is alway a systematic work, which gives a balance and helthy life.

Job timing is fix and First and Last Saturday of the month is working day and remaining Saturday is holiday. We got multiple training and sports activities which creates a good environment of the company.

The only thing that I liked here was the timing of the salary. It comes on time every month. Other than this, nothing is there to be liked.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic, nobody helps anybody. There is a lot of favouritism that goes in this company. Growth wise this company is pathetic. Their is no hierarchy here. If i have to point out what I disliked about this company , maybe I'll keep writing for hours but for now it is it.

The one way communication from the Top Management is very challenging and a lack of trust in their employees professional experience, it feels difficult to get heared and valued. Here HR always put their efforts to change such practices but HR is also restless in this culture.
