Great place to work and I have 3 years of experience as a teacher. Teachers and staff are very friendly like family . Overall I am so happy with the environment and Dean ( principal) is very friendly and understanding.

Here while teaching kids even I learned more things and they will identify the teachers skills while conducting monthly exams to teachers and at the end of the year they will give teacher's excellence award those who were eligible to it

The dislikes are alot.First of all, there's no work culture.The principal enjoy politics between the teacher and the teachers too are illiterate.Secondly, the teacher named Ms.Sheenu is too aggressive with the kids. When I asked her not to put her frustration on kids she didn't even bother on giving a second thought.It is not at allsafe for kids.Third, there's no constructive learning for kids.They are just asked to touch the things till the pic has been clicked then none of the concept will be cleared. Parents have been fooled by sending pictures. Children learn nothing here. Teachers don't even have a body language and the fights are like fish market ones. The principal don't even pay the salary when you left coz of all the humiliation faced by them. This school in kirti nagar should shut down asap....Read More

It was really wonderful to work with little milleneum . I had learnt alot . Apart than teaching lm helped me in n my personal life . I learnt to manage and maintain a balance between personal and professional life .

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about little milleneum . They provide wonderful trainings and the work environment was really nice . The more they can do is to increase a salary and alprasil for staff .
