Salary is decent but career growth is too slow.

Work life is good. I have learnt lots of things from here. Teammates and seniors are quite helpfull and always try to improve us.

Non cooperative colleagues at the Behala sakherbazar centre of little laureates.

Work Details

I worked as a mentor in little laureates Behala sakher bazar centre. I liked nothing about this place for which I had to resign rather I was bound to in a very short span of 2 months. Debolika Roy centre coordinator made my stay impossible over there.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
