L.a.p.s almost good for me because here i learned many things and here I also developed my skills..there staff's are very supported and very helpful...their management is also good they support me in anykind of circumstances..I did job as a co-ordinator as well as English Teacher..there i was also a CHM of Rani laxmibai house..

Dislikes

I am not satisfied with salary.....and there is no job security

I did my work as a new challenge because everytime I want to give more and more knowledge to the student's..when I became coordinator so it was the bug bear work for me but time to time I adjust myself with staff and in school environment...

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
