Overall my experience is very great about the company, I joined as GET after completing Electrical Engineering, Initially I was selected for Project Department but as I was more interested in the Purchase Department so on my request the HR team as well as the Procurement Head gave me a chance to work in the Procurement Team and during mu tenure I gained a good experience and knowledge about the intricacies in Supply Chain Management. I am very much thankful to the Listenlights team (HR and Procurement Head) for believing in me and giving me the opportunity due to which I got a direction for my career path. Though I was for 5 months in the company and I decided to go for further studies, but if I wasn’t going I would enjoyed working in Listenlights. All the staff from senior most level to junior are very friendly and helpful. Worst HR team worked in listenlights. Without fight they not provide a normal response also. After I joined 3 months they have changed my notise period 1 month to 3 months without any prior notice. And I am also normal 20plus salary getting engineer they changed 3 month, managers 2 month only.
