It is a great place to work. Very good HR Team. Top management and MD are really understanding and supporting persons. Very good work life balance.

Dislikes

Sometimes middle management is not understanding the real cause of a problem and it's accountability. They will put pressure on us for solving the same, which was supposed to be done by the others.

Overall my experience is very great about the company, I joined as GET after completing Electrical Engineering, Initially I was selected for Project Department but as I was more interested in the Purchase Department so on my request the HR team as well as the Procurement Head gave me a chance to work in the Procurement Team and during mu tenure I gained a good experience and knowledge about the intricacies in Supply Chain Management. I am very much thankful to the Listenlights team (HR and Procurement Head) for believing in me and giving me the opportunity due to which I got a direction for my career path. Though I was for 5 months in the company and I decided to go for further studies, but if I wasn’t going I would enjoyed working in Listenlights. All the staff from senior most level to junior are very friendly and helpful. Worst HR team worked in listenlights. Without fight they not provide a normal response also. After I joined 3 months they have changed my notise period 1 month to 3 months without any prior notice. And I am also normal 20plus salary getting engineer they changed 3 month, managers 2 month only. In a single word, the growth of thiscompany will definitely be defeated by the negligence of the HR team....Read More
