The company earlier used to provide overtime for additional processing which has now been discontinued, in my opinion it needs to be restarted.

Listenlights is great place to work. Only if you are in its HQ I.e., Mumbai. It is having branches in Pune Bangalore Hyderabad. I have worked in Bangalore Branch. Soo much of ego, lack of knowledge, unwanted attitudes. But it's completely different with people working in head office Mumbai.
