Listenlights is great place to work. Only if you are in its HQ I.e., Mumbai. It is having branches in Pune Bangalore Hyderabad. I have worked in Bangalore Branch. Soo much of ego, lack of knowledge, unwanted attitudes. But it's completely different with people working in head office Mumbai. Somuch supportive, Encouraging, well knowledge And once you get in to Listenlights I will be sure you will meet the great human called Richard Elle....Greatest HR you can never find.......Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
