People are very friendly and they help you to learn new things and guides you if you need any help.

Salary - Good

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

It's a minor thing that it is not stable and expectation for doing good and getting something back doesn't work here just do good don't expect anything in return.

Work Details

I wasmanaging the stalls and helping the people who were from Lion's club helping the stall owners logistically.. I was also in the security keeping the crowd away from the stage , I was also helping in the backstage..

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
