Work culture is not good. Management interfere in personal life of employees. They do not provide job training. You have to learn by itself. Your job is secure. There is no career growth because management assigns that type of projects which are not related to your profile. In that condition you will learn nothing related to your job profile which you have built after hard work and you will learn something which is not relevant for you. There is no appraisal policy. There are lot of politics. Working environment is very bad. You can't talk with your company colleagues and if you Will talk then your seat will be changed on very next day on the basis of CCTV camera footage. There is no work life balance. Teammates are very good except one or two. There is no career growth. They ask Software developer to work on Tally Accounting software and accountant to work on some low code development and by doing all these you will forget your basics and you can't get job in new company if you mention what I have done in previous company. There is no appraisal policy. At the time of joining they do not provide offer letter immediately even after 1 month. They provide it after taking some academic certificates. There is lot of politics. If you go for washroom for 5 minutes then someone will complain to boss that he was not on his seat since 2-3 hours and boss will start lecturing without listening your point. There is no work life balance. They interfere in personal life of employees. When you will leave the company owner tells that he has given expensive gifts on Diwali. I was working as system Analyst. My work was to implement Tally software, provide technical support to customer as well as train junior associates. Help project manager in implementation of project because project manager was from non technical background

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
