I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. i worked there around 1 year , there is no salary growth , and work environment is so poor . no professionalism , they run as a shop , sorry to say very bad experience .

older employees working like weird , bad infrastructure , girls and boys have same washroom without cleaning . no water facilities , no training session , sitting like two or more person at one desk
