Over all company policy is good but currently company decided may to march 2020-21 financial year salary 20% deduction for cost cutting.One month business drop then company cutting LTA and one year paid leave have Stop,and one year salary deduction is very bad condition for employees.If next 2 month company get back turn over same then what step take by company,and also incentive cancel next year.
