I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good work environment and culture. Colleagues supervisor are supportive. Celebration on festivals is very good. Health sessions by reputed doctors is an additional advantage. Very good place for learning and skill development.

Alternate saturday is working and there is bond of 1 year.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as the technology was new for me. I learnt everything on the job. I got new challenges in every project which leads to grow my skills.
