Nothing to like , people like sandeep kumar jha, Alok tripathi are the reason no one wants to work here.

Dislikes

Bunch of perverts like Alok tripathi and sandeep kumar jha (manager sap basis) are making work environment very difficult and because of this many people are resigning recently.

I was working in Linde Saudi projects and after completed that projects without any fail from my side, they didn't considered me for any other project.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
