My time at LINC Education and its sister company, The Worldgrad, was marked by several challenges. The L&D manager and assistant manager displayed a prejudiced hiring approach, impacting the onboarding experience negatively. The overall lack of organization in the working style led to confusion and hindered efficient workflow. Regula r imposition of unrealistic deadlines created undue stress, compromising the quality of work<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The management's impatience with new employees' learning curves hindered professional growth and teamwork</mark>. Additionally, there was a significant lack of trust from management, adversely affecting the work environment for new hires.
