The company does not really have a culture. It's a bunch of very young folks who are stuck there because of the insecurity the company has cultivated in them that they might not get paid as much as they get paid here. Too much favoritism. We can do WFH if we have any problem in travelling. Salary is better than other startups

Dislikes

No job guarantee. No proper response from higher authorities and hiring managers. Work Life balance is not as expected and many benefits were revoked after joining there which were promised to be provided while joining.
