My friend was interviewed online via Google Meet by Shail-ender Nai-du (HR) and team for Navi Mumbai branch. They needed a Cytogenetic Analyst for karyotype and FISH. She was told to visit Mumbai for Technical Round 2 and also asked how early can she join the company. After that interview, Shail-ender vanished for 1 month. They started delaying and ignoring her calls/emails. When she wanted to learn about her application status by calling up from unknown number, this guy who is the HR , receives the call and says that they haven't decided the date for her technical round and due to holidays it's getting postponed. Again he vanishes. Official emails were also being ignored. She waited for another 10 days after 1 month and decides to visit Mumbai for another work. But while she was in Mumbai, she actually visited the lab in millennium business park,3rd floor. To her shock, she was horrified to know that the HR refused to meet her in person even though it was lunch break and he was present in his cabin. She requested for 30 min to atleast finish her round 2 within next 6 days. She travelled all the way from Delhi and the management refused to meet her. Very unprofessional / immature behaviour. The lab staff were playing bollywood song on speaker and working with blood/chromosome samples. No seriousness. She returned back disappointed. There was no transparency and false hope. Later next day, this shail-ender nai-du, the HR emailed her, "you have not qualified for the 2nd round". So, they first ask you to come for 2nd round, discuss the salary package, ask you to join early and then say that your round 1 was a fail. And all this takes around 40 days.
