Mr.Rakesh Pandya. This person made me job less...not gave correct training but still asks to deliver the result. I hv told in the interview that I will deliver numbers within 6 months & he asked me to give resignation to my job & made me & my family struggle a lot. No incentive, no growth or appraisal, lot of politics, there will be no support from company or manager, no insurance for employee

Dislikes

They will not recognise our work instead of that allways they will discourage the employee if you are not there also we will get bussiness from market like they will talk
