Good company but hectic schedule and unconstitutional traveling throughout the year. Salary is only components,no other benefits. Taking leave is crime.

Dislikes

Work and personal life is completely unbalanced. Huge pressure and work load. You have to involve in every role.

Best compnay to work with, be it a fresher or someone with experience. There's a lot you can learn from this company. Work environment plays an important role wherever you want to work and this company has given me that security 😊👍. I personally love the fact that I was a part a team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
