Firstly, we get hot breakfast on a daily basis so even if i am late i can have my breakfast at the office. Second, helpful and very cooperative colleagues. Received the salary I demanded within 3-5 months of joining. Health insurance given when i became a permanent employee. The meeting i attended with the owner at different projects was something new and dropped me till my house once it was over.

Dislikes

Sometimes i have to stay back late if i have made some mistakes in the final submission but the company helps in ordering food for us to have as i had to stay back longer.

Zero work-life balance, zero management, bad treatment from employer. offer letter consists all policies favouing company, not a single point in care for employee. Typical mentality, salary cut on small, small errors. Thats cost saving for owner. Office time :9-6, Boss shows up around 5-5.30pm pressuring all to extend till 7,8pm.
