The cause they work for is impressive. The collegues are usually passionate and alligned to goal Salary, health insurance benefit and variable pay are really good.

Dislikes

The management commitee is often indecisive and drags your work along Unless you are in the inner circle you will always stay out looking inside. The organization is not meritocracy and promotions are laid out to people in Inner circle whether they are apt for the role or not. Do not take criticism very well. Super CEO influencing every facet of the organization No provision for work from home and very stringent with the 9 hour work policy HR is not skilled enough to manage this big an organization. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
