The exposure you get while working, very useful to understand how exactly company’s businesses works.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Sometimes have to work on Sunday, have to attend client calls in the evening and late into the night. There is no rewards and recognition on your achievements. They don’t motivate employees.
