Company provides just basic trainings like a sales staff also gets but never give you managerial trainings like SOP, softwares & Systems, product knowledge, Reports etc.

As their are lot of team members in team their is high politics, and everyone have dual reporting if I gave one example concept manager need to report to business manager and territory concept manager as well so something it would be difficult to manage both the boss
