Company culture is very good. you can connect to anyone around the world who are working in Liferay for any concerns. Lots of learning is there as product based company

Dislikes

Poor pay, so much politics, no work life balance. most of the time you have to work minimum 15 hours and in peak time it may be 20 hours. favoritism is there for some employee.

Lot of learning opportunity. Good projects.

Poor Salary and Promotions compared to market. Favourism. Nothing new to do, they are doing the same work that service based MNC do, you do not get opportunity to work on the product. Entire company is being run my one man who takes decision on everything. No ask of HR in appraisal, promotions and work environment. They do not help you.
