Team and management will give good support regarding knowledge transfer and counselling. When it comes to lead generation and appointments from doctors they are not supporting to meet them, management is keeping pressure to generate the leads without support no executive will prove them self( this is the only lack i found from the organisation) apart from that salary and incentive structure is good. Need full support to get leads and combined meetings with superiors and doctors because they'll not allow executives with the support of managers can get positive results.

Work Details

I didnt get any amount from lifecell after i resigned the job. I called to HR management many times no one replied property i left my half month salary and (final settlement)

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
