It's a total scam of 21 days they tell you is training in which if you don't make a sale they don't pay you and you are fired without any payment.Go for call center way better than this . First they will train you to scam parents and to sell them a product of 90000 in 190000 in which they will say you will get incentive. They do notmonitor people directly for the job instead they do it in 21 days they call Training .They will secretly hire people in go profiles and rest they will throw in hunting give cold irrelevant leads and ask to make a sale . Its the worst place to work! I would request you guys who are not able to find jobs please take time and enhance your skills but never go for such EdTech companies whatever motivation speech and salary they are providing. Its more like to work like a labour, I mean last time i worked there my Trainer was so dumb. He terminated me from the organisation because I asked him some genuine questions.
