Nothing. Management is awesome, they ask their employees to work for 14-16 hours in a day with video cameras on. By doing 14-16 hrs per day they'll give you salary deduction, absenteeism and termination letter. They work on only one rule i.e. HIRE AND FIRE.

They change your designation as per their requirement without asking your concern. Processes, manager, your designation, salary, targets etc are unstable.
