There is nothing to like about this company. Worst company I have ever worked with.

Everything because there is nothing to like about this company. Firstly company suddenly informed that they are closing this company and not even provided the salary and F&F for many employees. Very bad work culture too. It's better to sit jobless instead working in this shit company.

Company don't have good leads on which their employees even work on. They giving proper cold purchasable leads . jo 1 rupaiye ki 100 leads milti hai . Company dont have future plans. Don't have enough funds to give even good leads.

Dislikes

They give salary not in 1st they give salary to the 7th day of the month. No future planning . The managers and the senior stuff dont have solution to the problems.

I worked with lido for 6 months .the repeatedly used to change the policies to deduct the salary of the employees . the have no ethics and management . without any prior notice company terminated 208 employees just because they were unable to generate revenue the deduct the pf and which was never credited our account....Read More

They are totally fraud they have done wrong promises and in interview they told us salary will be fixed and other hand you can also make your own bonus but they are not reliable on that actually salary was not fixed. Bad work culture. They are not supporting their employees.

They told us to do work from morning 9:30 to evening 7:00 but actually they extend the time limit by 9:00 they don’t have any common sense of timing Actually employees can do their work by 9:00pm but still they deduct their salary

Nothing is good in Lido learning.. they take the money from parents by telling them the Refund policy but they will never get the refund because 99 out of 100 parents opt out the course after reviewing their teachers and course

Everything. Worst place ever. If u purposely want to play slave for any company then its good. After working there, you can do any job easily. Because they will teach you to work like a slave. 13+ working hours with no weekoff at all. Plus demotivation when you dont get your salary on time & e verytime they deduct your salary by giving invalid reason</mark>. They will deduct! Even they fire people within 3 weeks! Which kind of performance they observe within 3 week of a employee. They dont know how to respect employee as well as costomers! They are doing scams and their pitch which we as a marketing associate has to deliever to the customers were also absolutely scam pitch, has no sense at all....Read More
